Aerofilms Collection: The historic collection was acquired by English Heritage and partners in Wales and Scotland in 2007. It's currently in cold storage in order to preserve the fragile prints and negatives which require specialist attention. The Heritage Lottery Fund awarded a grant in September 2010 to start the conservation, cataloguing and digitisation of 95,000 of the the oldest images in the collection. A few carefully selected images are available here and sales of these will also contribute towards the long-term preservation of this fantastic collection.
